With a long driveway set back in the woods, the cabin has a very private feel. Located in the small subdivision known as Liberty Woodlands, it's within walking distance to the Methow Valley Community Trail (MCT) along the river and suspension bridge or choose the best trails for you within a short drive. A new ski trail (Devin's Trail) within the Methow Valley Trail system makes the property a ski in, ski out cabin. 2 bedrooms (with luxury, queen American Leather Comfort Sleeper sofa) and 2 full baths, the home features an open floor plan with high ceilings and a large kitchen and island that is great for gatherings. Other features include a river-rock gas fireplace, knotty pine paneling, large wood windows, WiFi, home entertainment system and separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Community maintained and plowed flat roads make for easy access to the cabin, especially in winter. Close to Methow River and the Methow Valley Trail system that runs along it, this home is the perfect launching point for all the fun outdoor activities the area has to offer. The cabin is located 3 miles from the Mazama store and 11 miles to downtown Winthrop.
Located in Winthrop, this cabin is in the mountains and on a river. Lost River Winery and Lost River Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Big Valley Wildlife Area and Winthrop National Fish Hatchery. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and ice skating.
