Charming three bedroom, two bath year round cottage on Lake Cobbosseconte. Sun-porch dining and sitting area with beautiful lake views. Washer & dryer, kitchen, living room. Outdoor deck, lakeside patio, dock, and swim float. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere with gorgeous sunsets. Boat rentals available at nearby Marina and public boat launch less than half mile from the cottage.. Excellent bass fishing lake!

You can rent boats not far from the property. you can rent a boat, and enjoy fishing in the lake all year round. We have ice fishing tournament around winter time.

This is a two unit property, the downstairs is occupied by full time residents. Both units share access to the dock. Please park near the house and leave space by the garage for tenants.

Located in Winthrop, this cottage is on the waterfront. Augusta Country Club and Regal Augusta are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Peacock Beach State Park and Cobbosseecontee Lake. Kennebec Ice Arena and Maine State Museum are also worth visiting.
