This space is connected to the dining area, which seats four people, with extra seating available at the kitchen bar. Beyond the dining area is the living room, which includes a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a private deck that features a plumbed gas grill, ensuring a constant supply of gas for grilling while providing a view of the surrounding forest. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
The primary bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the living room offers additional sleeping options with a queen sofa sleeper. The second bathroom is accessible from the main hallway.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
