5300 square foot house on 35 acres with views of the Western Catskills. The house sits on a 20 acre parcel with 5 Acres of meadow. There is an adjoining 15 acre parcel with direct views of Windham Mountain. Hiking trails on the property. Property slopes downhill and is great for sleigh ridding and tubing.
There is a 30'X80' roller hockey rink/basketball/pickleball court. Swing set with 4 swings.
Fire pits in the meadow.
Located 5 minutes from downtown Windham and Windham Mountain. Hunter mountain 20 minutes away. Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby.
The home is three levels with 6 Bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4 indoor fireplaces. Mitsubishi split air conditioning units in three 2nd floor bedrooms.
Main Floor:
-Chef's Kitchen with a Wolf 6 gas burner, griddle and two ovens. Two dishwashers, beverage/wine refrigerator, large island with prep sink and soapstone countertops and copper range hood.
-Dining Room table can seat twelve.
-Large Great room with gas fireplace, flat screen smart TV.
-Large Mud Room with washer and dryer and clean up sink.
-Powder room.
-Access to large deck from dining room, great room. Deck has two high tops and seating area for 6-8 people.
-Covered porch has table that seats 10, gas grill and Ooni gas pizza oven.
-Second deck accessible from great room.
Upper Level:
-Master Bedroom/Bathroom Suite with balcony overlooking meadow and views of the western Catskills. Jacuzzi tub. Roku with FUBO live. Air conditioned.
-Two additional bedrooms with queen beds. Air conditioned.
-Full bathroom in hallway.
Walk-out lower level:
-Pub room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Wet Bar, Microwave Oven, Drawer style refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.
-Great room with gas fireplace and direct access to outside through four sets of sliding glass doors. Ping pong table, Air Hockey and Foosball table. Smart TV with cable.
-Bunk Room with four full size bunk beds
-2nd Bedroom with queen bed and sliding glass doors to outside.
-Jack and Jill bathroom accessible from Bunk Room and 2nd bedroom.
-3rd bedroom with queen bed, gas fireplace, full bathroom and sliding glass doors to outside.
-Fitness room with Nordic Track treadmill, lifecycle, yoga mats and blocks, dumbbell sets.
-Radiant heat throughout entire home controlled by nest thermostats.
-No large parties with express permission of owner. Local noise ordinance restricts outdoor noise after 10 pm.
-No hunting or use of firearms on property. No ATV's, snowmobiles.
There is a RING doorbell on front door and security camera at top of driveway. These are not to be tampered with in any way. There are no in house cameras or recording devices.

Windham is home to this chalet. Windham Mountain Resort and Hunter Mountain are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kaaterskill Falls. Mountain Top Arboretum and Zoom Flume are also worth visiting.
