-The owner does keep their boat in the slip, but you can tie up your boat on the side of the dock.
-The property has seasonal water. The dock will not have water November-Mid April. You can still sit on the dock and use the kayaks by walking down to the water`s edge during those timeframes.

Step into relaxation as you enter your lakeside home. There`s ample space for everyone with over 4400 sq. ft ensuring a comfortable stay. The master suite, located on the main level, features a king-sized bed for comfort, while another King size bed sits on the lower level for your guests. Also, there are 4 noise machines to help you get a restful night sleep

-A short drive to the famous Jack Daniels Distillery, offering tours and tastings for whiskey enthusiasts. Also, in the area is Uncle Nearest and George Dickel distilleries.
-1 mile to the boat ramp and the Tims Ford Lake tailwaters where you can fish for trout

-Please note there are steps going to the dock. 2 beds (king and queen) are on the main level if you or your guests are not able to handle stairs well.
