Unwind in our multi-level retreat, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen, and serene master suites with enchanting lake views. Designed to accommodate large groups, this spacious home boasts six bedrooms, and offers a total of 11 beds, ensuring privacy and comfort. Indulge in the great outdoors with our private dock, a hot tub, and delightful amenities, all set against the backdrop of Tim's Ford Lake.

Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of owner’s closets and garage.
Other things to note
Tim’s Ford Lake is generated by a dam. The water level does fluctuate and goes down usually in October, and rises again around April. You can visit TVA’s website for current water levels. While the property does have a dock, when the water level is down, it may not be accessible depending on the steepness of the gangway ( the bridge to the dock) However, there is still great water views and you can relax and even fish off the pier.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to party this would not accommodate your needs.
In order to fully enjoy our lake home we ask that you be at least 25 years old.
Located in Winchester, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Cowan Railroad Museum and South Jackson Civic Center are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit County Plaza Shopping Center and Franklin County Farmers Market. Hank Weddington Park and Hammers are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
