Nestled along the serene shores, this spacious and beautifully appointed property is the perfect destination for those seeking a peaceful getaway with family and friends. Sit around the fire pit, soak in the hot tub and enjoy the tranquil water views, go explore with kayaks, or bring your own boat for water adventures and store it in the dock slip. The boat ramp is just a few miles away.

Indoors:
Step into relaxation as you enter your lakeside home. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there`s ample space for everyone, ensuring a comfortable stay. The master suite, located on the main level, features a king-sized bed for comfort. Off the living room is Jack Daniels themed bar area equipped so you can catch your favorite game or show while taking in water views through the large bay windows.

-A short drive to the famous Jack Daniels Distillery, offering tours and tastings for whiskey enthusiasts. Also, in the area is Uncle Nearest and George Dickel distilleries.

The master bedroom fireplace does not function. There are no lights or electricity at the dock.
The property has seasonal water and the water levels will begin dropping in October and will not return to normal levels until May. During this time, you may not be able to get a boat into the slip. You are still welcome to venture down by the water`s edge to fish, kayak, or sit and enjoy the water.
The property is on a hill and the driveway is fairly steep.

Located in Winchester, this vacation home is on the waterfront.
