Ground level has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living space, and a huge deck with a grill and views of the lake. The bottom level has 2 bedrooms, full sized washer/dryer, sofa sleeper, sectional couch, and tons of open space. Walk out basement to the backyard and the steps down to the dock.
You’ll get some steps in getting down to the water but it is well worth it. A covered boat slip with a swim platform. This is a low traffic cove so no worries about boats coming by and disrupting your swim, kayak, or floating around on a raft.
The front yard is huge and the circular drive and dead end road makes it great for a walk or a bike ride.
5 minutes to a boat ramp, 5 minutes to Twin Creeks marina and swim beach, and less than 10 minutes to downtown Winchester.
Located in Winchester, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Cowan Railroad Museum and Tennessee Williams Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Twin Creeks Marina and Hammers. Hank Weddington Park and Tim's Ford Marina are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, kayaking and water skiing adventures can be found near the property.
