Mount Snow is only a 12-minutes away, making this an ideal base for both winter skiing adventures and summer hikes. You and your crew will love everything this home has to offer — from its unbeatable location close to town, hiking trails, Mount Snow, and Harriman Reservoir- water sports, to the spacious two-level layout designed for ultimate comfort.

1 king bedroom with a newly renovated wheelchair-accessible bathroom featuring a curb-less shower, teak fold-down bench, and hand-held showerhead.
Upper Level: Four additional bedrooms

Two full bathrooms — one with a tub/shower combo and one with a custom tiled walk-in shower.
Each bedroom includes privacy blinds, luggage racks, full-length mirrors, and closet or wardrobe space. The kids’ room even has bunk beds!

Open-concept main level with a full kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room featuring a 65" TV and electric fireplace.
Step out to the large porch for meals or relax on the back deck with The Hot Tub, Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, propane grill, giant checkers and fire pit.
Upstairs game room includes air hockey, table-top arcade games, Nerf guns, and access to the balcony for some fresh air fun.
Kids will love the swing tucked at the top of the backyard’s hill!
