Welcome to Espresso House! The tiny house located conveniently in the Little Italy neighborhood. We are minutes by car from 95 and downtown and walking distance to nearby restaurants in Little Italy and about 4 -5 blocks to the most popular bars and restaurants in Trolley Square.
The Space:

This warm and cozy "tiny house" apartment is actually pretty spacious 370 ft open concept space and has a private 1 space off street parking lot! Enter through the private rear entrance through a smart lock. Semi enclosed bedroom with full his/her wardrobe, queen sized bed, 42 in smart TV, ceiling fan. Bedroom is able to be fully enclosed with two barn doors. Bathroom with custom subway tiled 3ft shower, Fully stocked kitchen with butcher block counters, dishwasher and 4ft kitchen island. The living room features comfy, deep couch with leather ottoman, storage coffee table, fold down work desk and 55in 4k tv.
Guest Access:

Entire space of the tiny house. There is 1 off street parking space available and plenty of free street parking for additional vehicles.
The Neighborhood:

The Little Italy neighborhood is very safe and conveniently located near major attractions such as restaurants, Delaware Art museum, Grotto pizza, Goober's diner. Minutes to 95 and downtown. You can walk 4-5 blocks to the most popular bars and restaurants in Trolley Sq area without the parking issues in Trolley Sq.
Getting Around:

Walkable but you will likely need a vehicle if staying for longer stays in order to reach grocery stores, shopping, etc.
Other Things to Note:

Please be advised the driveway to the off street parking is at a fairly steep angle and cars that are very low to the ground may scrape the ground
We do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only. You must pay the $150 pet fee in order to have your reservation approved for your pet. There is a $500 undisclosed pet fee. Please note there is no yard/ grass located on the property and you will need to walk your dog down the block for bathroom breaks.

We are local, experienced professional superhosts with multiple properties. Our job is to take care of our guests and make sure they have the best experience possible. We are available for any immediate issues, but we tend to check in by message during your stay to make sure everything is going well.

Hilltop, a neighborhood in Wilmington, is home to this guesthouse. Bowlerama and First State Lanes are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Brandywine Zoo and Delaware Sports Hall of Fame. Kalmar Nyckel Museum and Shipyard and Wilmington and Western Railroad are also worth visiting.
