This historic 3300 sq/ft mountain home has 4 master suites and 4.5 baths. It is perfectly set up for 2-3 families or one large group. This spacious home has vaulted, natural wood ceilings, and exposed wood walls throughout. This is the perfect place for a retreat offering a true New England experience during any season. Perfectly located for any group that enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, theater, mountain biking, relaxing, or enjoying historic Williamstown.

Downstairs when entering through the garage there is a large mudroom and 1/2 bathroom. Mudroom offers multiple cubbies for ski boots/shoes, jackets, and other outdoor gear. This floor offers a full kitchen, master suite w/ clawfoot tub, private dining room, outdoor patio, and expansive great room that offers seating for 12. The great room also has a fieldstone fireplace. The dining room table sits 8. There are additional seats that can be pulled up to the corner, like any family holiday with overflow! There is also a highchair available within the house. The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped to cook for large groups boasting a farmhouse sink and double-oven with 6 burners in addition to a griddle. There is a screened-in porch and Goshen stone patio.

The upper floor has 3 master suites, one including a baby crib. All master suites have their own bathroom and large closet. The most spacious suite offers a shower with a copper clawfoot tub and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have beautiful sunlight coming through large windows.

Sleeps 8 comfortably in bedrooms with room for additional guests on multiple couches (no pullouts) and 2 queen aero beds for additional guests who don't mind! There are 5 couches within the home (2 sectionals & 3 couches that could sit 3 and sleep one).

The heated garage fits 2 large vehicles comfortably and ample driveway parking.
The partially finished basement offers an additional space to gather, with a sectional couch and TV. The basement also has a small at-home gym with free weights and a tread climber.

This fenced-in private 3-acre riverside property also has a firepit and large yard with access to hiking trails. This rustic home was originally built and loved by R.R.R. Brooks who's namesake affectionately adorns the hiking trail conveniently located just beyond the back gate.
