The house sleeps 12 people comfortably within the 5 bedrooms, the pull out sofa bed, and 1 air mattress. The pull-out sleeper sofa in the basement/game room, and the twin air mattress is in the kids bedroom closet. All essential cooking supplies provided in fully stocked kitchen to make family meal times a breeze.

This is a home that was built in 1935, so it has a lot of character and charm, but has undergone a complete renovation, to include LVP flooring throughout, fresh paint, fixtures, lighting, 3 separate zone mini splits in the upstairs bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans.
Please note: there are train tracks about 300 yards from the home and a train occasionally runs at various times in the day and night. This may affect light sleepers :)
Note: with this being a pre-WW2 historic home, ceiling height in basement is lower than standard ceiling height.
