Welcome to Our Old Kentucky Home! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has been completely up remodeled, while still retaining it’s sweet, old home character! Our home is cozy and tastefully decorated.
We are only minutes to the Ark Encounter and Williamstown Lake, walking distance to downtown Williamstown boasting several cute shops and restaurants, 45 minutes to the Creation Museum, 1 hour to downtown Cincinnati, 45 minutes to Lexington, 30 minutes to historic Georgetown and Georgetown College, and 30 minutes to the Kentucky Horse Park. We are very centrally located to numerous attractions!
We have 2 cozy bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Both have brand new, super comfy mattresses! For those who need some additional sleeping space, we have a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room! We have a pack n play available for an infant or young toddler sleeping space. There will be a $100 charge per guest over our limit.
We have lots of board games and cards, along with a vintage foosball game for our guests! We want to create an atmosphere of nostalgia with many screen-free family time options! We have also started our own little library in our home! We pray that you’ll find time for some quiet downtime and enjoy a variety of great books! We have something for everyone and will continually be adding more!
We have 2 completely remodeled bathrooms with a stand up shower in one and a tub/shower combo in the other.
We do have a couple of small steps in our home as well as a step down from the driveway.
We allow 1 small dog under 25lbs. There is a $120 pet fee if approved. Pets must be crated if you leave the home. No pets are allowed on furniture. If there is excessive pet hair or mess found, we will charge additional fees. We do not have a fenced in yard, so please use your discretion when taking your dog outside. Our neighbors do have dogs. Please pick up any pet mess left in the yard before leaving.
During the warm spring and summer months we will have regular lawn care/landscaping and maintenance. We will do our very best to work around our guest schedule but there may be a chance you will see some of our maintenance team for a brief period to help keep our home as fresh as possible for you! Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep our home neat and tidy for our guests!
Williamstown is home to this vacation home. Eagle Creek Country Club and Rose Hill Farm Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Ark Encounter and Ararat Ridge Zoo.
