Located between Traverse City and Elk Rapids on East Bay, in the gated LochenHeath Golf Club. This 6,000 square foot home offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths equipped with a home gym, tanning bed, game room (pool, darts and foosball) and a private office. There is a walking or golf cart driving path to the water as of 2025.
This home is perfect for an extended vacation or for unwinding after the Flintfields horse show. There is a lakeside patio with a propane grill for outdoor cooking or just plain relaxing.
