• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Ensure all windows are closed/locked. make sure the deadbolt and keypad lock are locked at the back door.
• Please strip the beds and place dirty sheets into a pillowcase and place them on the floor by each bed. place any used towels on the floor in the bathrooms. clean any dishes and put them away.
• Throw away any trash into the trash bins outside by the driveway. winter visit set heat to 60 and if checking out in a summer visit set ac to 80°.
