4 bed, 3.5 full baths, in unit laundry, 3 parking spots. This home also offers 3 beautiful decks with a large table for the full family to dine outside.
The space
Consists of a full garage with one driveway spot. It is a 3 floor end-unit townhome that consists of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 11. The set up is as follows:
1st floor- one bedroom, consisting of a queen bed and twin bunks, one full bathroom, back exit to the shared pool
2nd floor- main living area, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath
3rd floor- primary bedroom king and full bath, 2 additional bedrooms (one queen and one full with twin beds)
3 decks, one off the primary bedroom, one off the living area and one off the kitchen.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the full house as well as the common outdoor area that consists of a baby pool, main pool, grass area and grilling area with 2 grills.

We have a ZERO-tolerance policy for large parties or gatherings. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals staying inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved.

What is provided: Linens and bath towels are provided. One complimentary roll of toilet paper will be provided in each bathroom. 2 kitchen trash bags, bags in bathroom trashcans, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry detergent pods, 1 sponge.

What to pack: beach towels, additional paper products, paper towels, personal products (soap, shampoo)

Sightseer Tramcar - Iconic boardwalk transportation, running daily starting at 11 AM

Typically operates until the piers close, one-way ride takes approximately 30 minutes
