This 4 bedroom three and a half bath luxury home located just steps to the beautiful Wildwood Crest Beaches. 309 E Toledo Ave is 2250 Square feet with two living areas, one car garage, two car parking, private year yard and plenty of Deck space to enjoy those summer breezes and ocean views. Walking up to the home you will find an inviting front porch. Upon entering the home you are greeted to a nice foyer with Wains Coated walls throughout. Immediately to the left as you enter the home you will find the first of two suites in the home. This is a nice size room with king size bed, large walk-in closet and nicely appointed bathroom with walk-in tile shower. Continuing to the rear of the home you will find two more bedrooms and a sitting room with wet bar with mini fridge and access to the rear deck and rear yard with gas grille. There is an also a full bathroom to service the additional two bedrooms on this floor. One Bedroom will have a king bed and the other will have full over full bunk beds with an additional trundle bed. Taking the stairs to the second floor you are greeted with a open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. It is from here you can access the large front deck that spans the entire width of the home. The living room has a large flat screen TV above a gas fireplace. There large kitchen with 36 inch wolf stove/oven, large kitchen island and granite countertops throughout. To the rear of the floor you have a half bath to service the living area and your master suite. The large master suite with king bed has a walk-in closet, and luxurious master bath with sunk in tub and walk-in tile shower.

This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.
