Recently renovated beachfront, 3 bedroom/2 bath condo literally steps from the sand. Walk out to your own private boardwalk to the beach. This unit also has private and direct access to the pool and courtyard from the front door and patio doors. Perfect for a family getaway!

Located oceanfront at La Vida del Mar in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, NJ; just north of Cape May and south of the Wildwoods. It's the ideal destination for beach, dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf, and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk.

Recent renovations include a beautiful kitchen and new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar, 2 full bathrooms, new floors, newly painted walls and a shiplap fireplace. Master bath is renovated with two vanity areas, private toilet and tub or shower option. Kitchen is complete with microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, crock pot, blender, dishes, glasses and all you need to enjoy your lunches or dinners at the beach!

Dining area seats 6 at the table plus bar chairs at the counter and a bonus sofa bar with 3 extra stools. Spacious master bedroom has private sliding door access to the patio, pool and beach. The Master has a king bed, smart flat screen TV, ceiling fan, ample closet space, gorgeous dresser and double vanities. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan, smart flat screen TV, beautiful dresser and closet space. The third bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed set (twin over full), closet and smart flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a large walk in shower and new vanity.

*In order to maintain the safest and cleanest environment, bed sheets and towels are not provided. There are plenty of comforters and blankets. If you want to order Towels or sheets we partner with Linen Fairies, just let us know to get the best deal!

The living room has a comfortable arm chair, love seat and sofa (the sofa is also a sofa bed), ceiling fan, large flat screen smart TV.

Off of the living room is the private patio with dining table and seating. The perfect place to watch the sunrise and sip your morning coffee, read a book or enjoy dinner and a cocktail.

The condo is equipped with central air, Free WIFI and cable TV. There is also a full laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and mini fridge!

On-site amenities include a large pool with on-staff lifeguard, pool basketball, separate kiddie pool, hot tub, lounge chairs and picnic tables. Community BBQ grills and outdoor ping pong table are located just off the pool area. Bike racks are available and this condo includes two adult bikes for use.

There is designated parking for 2 vehicles in the gated parking lot. If you have a third vehicle, street parking is available. The building has a ramp to the first floor where luggage carts are available to help you unload easily.

8 Beach and pool tags are included with the unit rental. Lessen your car load because 4 beach chairs and an umbrella are included with the unit!

During the summer months please feel free to book a Saturday to Saturday stay!

The Club at Diamond Beach is right out your door and offers volleyball courts, restaurant beach dining, live music and a full service beach bar. Nothing like enjoying lunch or dinner with your toes in the sand! The membership is a low fee ( check website for summer rates) and can be purchased on site (price may vary).

- Diamond Beach Surf Camp: Walk our shoreline down to the next lifeguard stand to take a surf lesson or two!

- The Crab House at Two Mile Landing: The perfect spot to have a cocktail or the famous “Jersey Orange Crush” and watch the sunset! They have delicious food and entertainment!

- Cape May National Wildlife Refuge: Our condo is literally next to the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. You and your family/friends can ride your bikes or hike on the newly-expanded Wildwoods Bike Path to the Two Mile Beach of the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. The Two Mile Beach is a beautiful natural area, with several trails and easy access to the beach, dunes, dune forest, and salt marsh. You will get to see an undeveloped barrier island basically the way it looked a 100 years ago!

- Harbor Light Mini Golf, Ice Cream and Bikes: Walk down a few blocks to enjoy ice cream, mini golf and rent bikes at Harbor Light Golf. It is one of the largest and oldest maintained miniature golf courses within the Wildwoods.

- Diamond Beach Bum Shop: Take the morning or afternoon to shop! Diamond Beach Bum is where you can find just about anything! Beach chairs, suntan lotion, sweatshirts/T-shirts, cloths, souvenirs and lots of unique gifts to bring back home! Go twice and I bet you will see things you missed the first time!

- Breweries: Visit two local brew favorites! Mudhen Brewing Company in Wildwood, NJ and Cape May Brewing company. Both are a short car ride in or around town.

- Local Vinyards: Create your own winery tour by visiting three local favorites Cape May Winery, Willow Creak Winery and Farm & Turdo Vinyard and Winery

- Cape May: Visit the very end of the state! See the famous light house, shop at Washington Street mall, stroll around the old town and tour Victorian homes, take a horse/carriage or trolly ride then enjoy a meal overlooking the shore!

- Whale and Dolphin Watch: Book a trip on the water to see the beautiful whales and dolphins! You can also see dolphins in the water on our beach, be sure to get up and take a morning to see them playing.
