Welcome to Wildwood Breezes UNIT 1! Our roomy newly renovated first floor unit of this 1930's duplex is located less than two blocks from the Wildwood Crest beach and Boardwalk and comfortably hosts 6 guests in the first floor private unit. Enjoy a spacious backyard, grill, beach gear, and bikes. Off-street parking for one car adds ease, while free on street parking is also available. Your perfect seaside retreat is just a click away! This first-floor unit amenities include central air, ceiling fans throughout, fast wifi, front and back porches with seating, a shared backyard with gas grill, chimnea, and a shed that contains bikes, beach equipment, chairs and loungers. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower and foot wash that has both hot and cold water. There is diagonal parking behind the house for one car, unless you are renting the whole house. THE FIRST FLOOR UNIT has two bedrooms (that sleep 5) and one bath ( with walk-in shower). Completing this space is a large stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you could possibly need including a blender, Keurig machine, crockpot, etc. The large family room has a gas fireplace and a 60' Smart TV to stream your favorite movies or shows, and a pull-out sofa that sleeps one additional person. The dining room seats 10 comfortably. A large pantry and full-sized washer and dryer are also in the kitchen, adding to the amazing amenities this unit has to offer! Sip a drink while watching the Wildwood action on the oversized covered front porch with ceiling fans. On rainy days, check out the bedroom book case that has toys and games for every age! With ample seating in the backyard, enjoy an outdoor barbecue or check out the yard games in the shed. There is something for everyone!. The premises are not available to "groups" or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Primary guests must sign a lease agreement & provide a copy of a government-issued ID. Linens & towels are not provided; you must bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company that will drop them off & pick them up directly at the unit.
