• No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
• This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind (including vaping) within 15 feet of the property, including the lanai, will result in a total security deposit forfeiture and immediate eviction from the premises.
• No subletting permitted or third party booking the person booking must be staying in the booking.
• Please no shoes on the carpet in the home.
• No pets allowed.
Guests under 19 years are allowed for 30 + days.
