Step into Summit View Retreat, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom free standing condo accommodating up to 10 guests in comfort. Each sleeping area boasts a brand-new smart TV, ensuring personalized entertainment. The garage, fitting one standard-sized vehicle, adds convenience to your stay. The heart of the home exudes warmth with a gas fireplace and large smart TV, ideal for unwinding post-adventure. Seamlessly connected, the living room flows into the open kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and ample dining space. A generously-sized island serves dual purposes, both for meal prep and communal dining.
The luxurious accommodations extend to the bedrooms. Downstairs, the primary suite beckons with a sumptuous king bed and a lavish ensuite featuring a walk-in shower and indulgent bathtub. Upstairs, two equally inviting bedrooms await, one with a full bunk bed and the other with a queen bed, each boasting their own ensuite for added comfort. Outside, the sprawling upper deck provides an idyllic setting to bask in the splendor of Whitefish's scenic beauty. Adjacent, the Clubhouse beckons with its cozy seating area, fitness facility, shared pool (seasonal), and expansive hot tub, promising relaxation and recreation.

*Things to note: You must be 22 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 10 guests and 2 vehicles unless otherwise approved. There is no partying or any loud noise or music and there are quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM each and every day. We have $500 first-time noise complaint violation. Double that for a second violation and immediate eviction applies. No smoking or vaping or pets are allowed on the property.
*IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING GLACIER NATIONAL PARK. Tickets must be purchased to travel on Going-To-The-Sun Road from May through September.
