The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Ptarmigan Village. we are a private community located on 52 forested acres of land on big mountain. water and sewer are provided for and managed on site. The amenities include an indoor heated pool, an outdoor pool (seasonal), a hot tub, and wet sauna. Elmer’s pond is a small pond we stock with fish every summer for the kiddos to practice their angler skills. There are hiking trails throughout the village as well as two tennis/pickleball courts. Our owners and guests also have private access to beachfront and dock on whitefish lake.

Located in Whitefish, this condo is in the mountains. Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort and Elk Highlands Chair are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Stumptown Ice Den and Whitefish Performing Arts Center.
