Second Floor- Primary bedroom (with walk-in closet and en-suite bath and King bed), 2nd bedroom with en-suite bath (2 queen beds), and a "walk-through" room that acts as a third living room, office, or additional bedroom (twin daybed with trundle).
The property is 6.5 acres including a large open field in the front providing for big sky views and incredible star gazing, as well as 3 acres of forest to explore. The property abuts the Quechee greenspace which is open for you to hike and explore as well.
The house is located approximately a mile from the Quechee Club and all of its amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, Lake Pinneo, beach, golf courses, ski mountain, tennis & pickleball courts, fitness center, restaurants, etc.). You can also get to the club from the house via the entry onto the Club's Highland course between the 16th and 17th hole if you prefer to walk.
As a Renter you will have access to the private Quechee Club. Some amenities may require scheduling or additional fees.
The house is also less than 5 miles of beautiful backroads away from downtown Woodstock, Billings Farm & Museum, Quechee Gorge, Quechee State Park, VT Institute of Natural Science and a ton of other fun, family-friendly, local attractions and areas to visit.
White River Junction is home to this vacation home. Green Mountain National Forest and Quechee State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Sugarbush Farm and Billings Farm and Museum. Vermont Institiute of Natural Science and Red Wagon Toy Company are also worth visiting.
