Best of Both Saltwater and Freshwater with only a short 20 min tree lined drive to Port St Joe, Mexico Beach and Howards Creek and a 10 min drive to town of Wewahitchka, Gaskin Park Boat Ramp and many boat landings for your visit to Dead Lakes, Chipola River, Apalachicola River. Boat parking on site.
We have transformed part of our house into a separate one bedroom apt with kitchenette, living and brand new bath. Private entrance to suite is through new porch. The cozy 300 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment is fully stocked.

The Apartment is easily accessible to County Rd 71, therefore plan on some road noise.
We live on the other side of house with our Bernese Mnt. dog so you may hear an occasional bark.
