Welcome to the Lakeridge Retreat! A peaceful getaway just 1 block from the lake, this 4 bed/3 bath home is the perfect place for fun and relaxation with the whole family. Complete with pool/foosball tables, a dart board, and whirlpool tub, the home has something for everyone to enjoy. There is also so much outdoor fun to be had located just minutes away from Rec 1 and 2, where you will have full access to the beach, fishing and swimming areas, pickleball/tennis courts and golf course!

Be welcomed into the living room complete with a fireplace and tv, adjoined to a spacious dining room with seating for everyone. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you will need to feed the whole crew, including a stove-top, oven, microwave, and keurig.
The master suite has a king bed, attached to a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and luxurious steam shower.
Head downstairs to the tv/game room where your family will be well-entertained! Cozy up on the large sectional (which also pulls out into a queen bed) for movie night with the whole family, or enjoy some friendly competition at the pool table, foosball table, and dart board. Card games are also included for your enjoyment in the basket on the coffee table.
Downstairs 2 more bedrooms with beautiful king beds are included, as well as a bunk bed room with 4 twin beds for the kids and a full bath. Extra blankets and pillows are included around the home for your lounging comfort, as well as a well-functioning washer and dryer, high chair and plenty of towels and linens for everyone. Bathrooms also include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The home is set up with Starlink wifi.
Access information:
Guests will have access to the entire home and property. You will also have full access to Rec 1 and Rec 2 which are just minutes away from the home. Amenities include beach and dock access, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds and the golf course.
Other things to note:
Our home is located within a gated country club community. You will have full access to beach and outdoor amenities. LACC charges a $150 fee (less than 30 day stay) or $100 fee (longer than 30 day stay) to cover use of these spaces.
Additionally, you can bring your boat and use the boat ramps. LACC charges $125 for boat access, good for a week. These fees are not included in the booking costs.
Per LACC rules we cannot allow any pets.
Lake Almanor Country Club, a neighborhood in Westwood, is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Almanor and Westwood Beach, while Collins Pine Museum and Westwood Museum are cultural highlights.
