Logs are newly-restored, all new kitchen with granite counters, farmhouse sink and new appliances, new bathrooms and custom artisan-crafted details like built-in bunk beds and desk, window seat and rough-hewn timbers fill your senses with woodsy luxury. A wide screen television set above the centerpiece wood-burning fireplace, a cozy guest loft and cable, internet and wi-fi provided. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Gas grill, outdoor dining seating for warmer seasons, fire pit with ample wood, and lock-able ski storage provided.
1.5 miles from the quaint village of Weston and Londonderry, 5 minutes to Magic Mountain, 15 minutes to Bromley, 25 minutes to Okemo and Stratton. Great shopping and dining in Manchester Center, also 25 minutes. 50 minutes to Killington and Mount Snow.
Our closest ski resort, Magic, is a mecca for skiers and riders who love to challenge themselves on its legendary expert trails and off-piste glades. These are real black diamonds, with real snow, real steeps, and real obstacles to overcome. Magic’s original 1960s-style trails deliver an interesting and fun experience at all ability levels. This is a laid-back old-school Vermont ski destination, rather than corporate-style resorts.
Weston, Vermont is home to the original and famous Vermont Country Store, the Weston Village Store and the world-class Weston Playhouse Theatre Company. Along with nearby Londonderry, Chester and Manchester, there's lots of cool little shops and restaurants to explore. Whether you're coming for the winter sports, shopping, or just to decompress, you're going to love your stay at the Cabin in the Pines.
