Our spacious three bedroom, three bath home offers plenty of room to ensure your group can enjoy beautiful Colorado! This home comes complete with a fully-stocked kitchen, back patio, multiple TVs, office area, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer! You'll find everything you could need in this perfect home away from home!

Upon entering into the main level, you will find a comfortable living area with a large screen smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, dining area with seating for up to six, large garage and lovely patio space with an outdoor dining area.

Head upstairs to find the master bedroom which includes a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, dual vanity sink, and an oversized 2 car garage, master closet, plus two additional bedrooms, open loft-style office space, and the laundry room.

If any issues should arise during your stay, a representative from our management company will be available 24/7 to assist you.

Please Note: No pets ( unless discussed), no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. We appreciate your courtesy. Noise Monitoring Device installed on-premise.

No CATS allowed, and NO smoking allowed. This house has never had cats or a smokers, so it smells clean and fresh and is immaculate.

AS A CORPORATE RENTAL EXPENSES SUCH AS HOA, TRASH REMOVAL, AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE FOR FRONT AND BACK YARD INCLUDED. THAT IS WHY IT'S RENTED AT THE STATED RENT RATE DUE TO THESE EXPENSES.
