This modern, bright newly remodeled townhome will welcome you as your comfortable home away from home during your stay. Located in a beautiful courtyard nestled a few minutes from the heart of Uptown Westerville, you will enjoy the tranquil setting and natural beauty. With your two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and a warm living space downstairs with your living room, kitchen, dinning room, and private patio area, your entire group will enjoy a space to rest.
The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Known as the city of trees you’ll find this area to be quiet, but with everything you might need just a few minutes away. The apartment itself is nestled in an older brick building complex with lots of green space and wonderful neighbors. Uptown Westerville is a 12 minute walk and an even shorter drive that features local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and stores. In the other direction Kroger and Walmart are just up the street with Polaris Fashion Place and Easton Town Center both just 15 minutes away. Downtown Columbus is only a 20 minute drive offering everything from the wonderful Columbus Art Museum to the scenic Scioto Mile, exciting Hollywood Casino and an array of unique restaurants and entertainment. Columbus is an easy driving city, you are max 25 min from almost everything Columbus has to offer. There is a COTA Bus stop at the corner of Electric and State Street. Uber and Lyft are also both available in this area. The bike path is around the corner located at Electric Ave and State Street.
Each unit has one assigned parking spot and there is plenty of open street parking. During the summer it is open all the time, during the school year please refer to the signs to know which areas are parking and no parking.
Westerville is home to this vacation home. Easton Town Center and Polaris Fashion Place are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ohio State Fairgrounds and Ohio Expo Center and State Fair. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Historic Crew Stadium or Schottenstein Center. Kayaking and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and mountain biking nearby.
