Check out instructions

• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Trash day is on thursdays ( very early ) so put trash out wednesday night. recycle is every other week , put out if bin is over 1/2 full.
• Leave house as you found it, no moving of furniture, etc . any damage is to be reported immediately. there is a camera inside that can be turned off by sliding cover over. please turn back on
• Turn a/c to 75 degrees in summer time heat to 65 during winter months hot tub heat turned to 80 degrees , and cover lid fastened
