• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• leave two sets of keys in the cottage on the kitchen counter. lock kitchen and side porch door with keys from lockbox. put keys in lockbox and ensure it clicks locked.
• Close and lock all windows. turn off a/c units and all fans including attic fan. empty the refrigerator and freezer. wash and put away all dishes, pans, utensils
• Trash and recycling bins need to be put out sunday night, placed across the street behind the white line to the right of the front door of that house, not on the lawn please.
