Enjoy stunning sunsets from this beautiful home set on 4 quiet acres near Lambert's Cove Beach. Relax and unwind in this picturesque setting. Ideal for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty in a comfortable and well-appointed home.
The home is very conveniently located, a short drive to shopping, great restaurants, the ferry and airport. It is also very close to Ice House Pond, a lovely freshwater pond on the Vineyard.
The house has a large living room with tons of natural light (including sky lights), plus a dining room, kitchen and half bath on the main floor. The entire back of the main floor is equipped with sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck with plenty of seating. The house sits on a rise and the view from the deck, which faces west, is lovely. You cannot see another home; just a field, trees and Lamberts Cove in the distance.
There is a bedroom with a queen bed, small deck and full bathroom on the top floor. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms plus a family room, full bathroom and mud room. One bedroom has a king bed (large room; can easily fit a crib); the other has a queen bed. The latter has a private deck as well. Both the family room and living room have television sets, and the house has AC, cable, internet and wifi.
There is an outdoor shower near the mud room entrance, and ample parking. There is also a standalone 2 car garage and plantings around the house.

Smoking is not permitted, inside the house or outside on the property.
No pets are permitted.
Minimum stay is one week; longer stays are possible.
Our cleaning fee covers post departure cleaning for stays of one or two weeks. Bookings of longer than 2 weeks will require mid-stay cleanings every 10-14 days.
There is a small apartment above the garage (separate entrance on side of garage) not is not included in the rental and has one occupant (no car).
Vineyard Haven is home to this vacation home. Tisbury Town Hall & Katharine Cornell Memorial Theater and West Chop Light are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Woods Hole Ferry Terminal and Island Cove Adventures. Polly Hill Arboretum and The Grey Barn and Farm are also worth visiting.
