Sutter Health Park is close by, home of the Sacramento Rivercats baseball team. There is also Drake's: The Barn, an amazing outdoor gathering spot 1.5 miles down the road which has a beer garden, pizzeria, and 3 stages hosting live music shows.  

Also, just across the river is the Crocker Art Museum in the very popular Old Sacramento area which is full of dining and shopping areas!

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance We have a Ring security camera above the front door. The device records audio and video 24/7. Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
