A perfect getaway spot, on a peninsula on the West River just across from Galesville. Houses on the point are mostly waterfront and neighbors are friendly and quiet. Say hi or just enjoy the sunset from the porch or the dock. Kitchen is fine for cooking, though nearby restaurants in Deale and Galesville are tempting and Annapolis is only 20 minutes away. If you are a boater, the Bay awaits! Galesville is even closer by water and you can kayak to dinner. I love going to this peaceful place, and I hope you will too.

The house is available at reduced rates during the colder months, a perfect spot for a sabbatical or writing that book. It's cozy in winter with baseboard heat, and the fireplace works.

Located in Anne Arundel County, this cottage is on the waterfront. Thanksgiving Farm Wines and South River Golf Links are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Annapolis City Dock and Annapolis Harbour Center. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Show Place Arena or Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Kayaking, motor boating, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.
