This newly built home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 separate living areas to spread out and relax. An open concept main level allows for easy sight lines to the living area and backyard. The home is family friendly with a full-size crib in the main bedroom, booster seats, kids dishes and even some toys. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a family room in the lower level with a sofa sleeper for larger groups. A washer and dryer in the home gives your group the chance to stay on top of the laundry or pack a little lighter while traveling. The quiet, residential neighborhood offers miles of walking paths and multiple parks. A large playground area is located just a block away from the home. Easy access to to major roads in the area make getting around town a breeze. Major attractions such as Scheel's Arena, Sanford Medical Center, The Lights, and The Pines Venue are less than 15 minutes away. There is a 2 car garage to keep your vehicles secure as well as a driveway and street parking for additional cars.
