This spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home has everything you'll need to enjoy a fun filled or relaxing time near one of Des Moines most entertaining neighborhoods. The living room has a large smart TV with reliable hardwired internet access allowing you to watch your favorite shows on your favorite streaming services. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the breakfast nook area with seating or take it outside on the large two-tier back patio. The space is family friendly and has accommodations for children including step stool, baby gate, kid-friendly plates/cups/utensils, and more. The game room is a great place to entertain both kids and adults as it has a ping-pong table, foosball table, table top hockey, and pop-shot basketball with all necessary balls, paddles, pucks, etc included. There is also an exercise area with free weights and an exercise bike so you can get a workout in without leaving the home. The basement laundry room includes a washer and dryer available for guest use, as well as a 1/2 bathroom. An ADA ramp for the front step is available to be installed prior to guests stay upon request. There is a private double wide driveway for guests use that provides four off-street parking spaces, with on-street parking available as well. Please do not park directly across the street between the "No Parking Here to Corner" signs as this area is not intended for parking.
