Des Moines is well-known for its abundant walking and bike paths and mapping system and easily accessible to nearby Raccoon River Park boathouse, and Blue Heron Lake with swimming beach front and dog park trails. A master bedroom is offered featuring a bed, walk-in closet and shelving, a fully equipped bathroom (shower). Use of shared common areas include: full-BA (w/tub) living and dining area, office/library desk w/half-BA, kitchen laundry refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, attached front porch and outdoor patio with umbrella-shaded table and seating, 1-acre yard, convenient amenities like a washer, dryer, iron, heating, WiFi and driveway parkway (or a two-car garage for an extra $10/day per space option, unless already occupied).
