The kitchen boasts brand new stainless-steel appliances, including a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a corner fridge with an ice maker. It is fully stocked with all the essentials: pots, utensils, glasses (including wine glasses), coffee mugs, wine opener, pitchers, spatulas, a spice rack, blender, colander, plates, bowls, etc. A Keurig coffee maker is ready for use. The bright kitchen features recessed lighting and a granite island eat-in bar. An outdoor charcoal grill and grilling utensils are also provided.

Outdoors:
The covered porches are perfect for relaxing or gathering. Decorative white festive lights drape the back porch, creating a fun and memorable atmosphere. A front porch greets you as you step up to the home. The yard is fully fenced, providing privacy, and there’s parking for up to 3 cars in front and rear. Massive trees offer shade – these trees even witnessed Sherman’s cannonballs flying overhead during the Civil War.
