Point Hill is known for its distinctly manicured authentic reproduction properties. Located less than a mile from scenic Sandy Neck beach, this pristine vacation retreat blends modern luxuries with classic coastal charm.

Kitchen and Dining: The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and new appliances including an induction stove. A woodblock center island provides an additional food prep and serving area. There are two adjoining dining areas: one offers a bar-height table, seating six. The second is a traditional oval dining table that offers four chairs and an upholstered bench, seating eight.

Living Spaces: Interior highlights include beautiful wide-plank pine floors, views of the dunes and marsh from the second floor, and generous natural light. There are several comfortable areas in this home where people in your group can gather in private to watch live sports or a movie on any one of multiple TVs. The loft above the pool house lounge serves as a fun hang-out area for teens or young adults. In the cooler months, the pool house offers a one-touch gas fireplace and radiant heated floors.

A fully finished basement accommodates a pool table and large TV with comfy oversized seating. The basement also includes a gym with Tonal system, spin bike, and weights. Each bedroom has a desk and the powerful Orbi Wi-Fi system allows for superior connectivity -- both inside and out -- even poolside.

Sleeping Accommodations: This home's three bedrooms are all located on the second level. There's a king-size bed in the spacious primary bedroom suite, plus a full private bath en suite with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has two full size doubles, along with handy access to another full bath, this one with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom, also on the second floor, has a queen-size bed. The pool house provides an additional half bath and outdoor shower. In the main house, there is also a powder room on the main level off the mud room.

Outdoor Spaces: Let the holiday begin! You won't want to leave the backyard patio oasis. Relax in the spa, take a dip in the custom in-ground pool, share drinks in the pool house lounge, play corn hole and spike ball on the lawn. You'll also find a big gas grill on the patio and plenty of umbrella shaded seating for outdoor dining.

Location: It's only a three-minute drive to picturesque Sandy Neck Beach. You can walk it in about 17 minutes. Drive the same distance in the opposite direction to Amari's restaurant, serving up some of the finest Italian cuisine on the Cape.

You'll find several other appealing restaurants along scenic Route 6A, the King's Highway. At Sandy Neck beach order up some delicious lobster rolls at the full-service concession, take in a glorious sunset or go for a swim in the warm waters of Cape Cod Bay. Or simply kick back and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this property's large yard and private setting.
