Just a short 30-minute drive from Tampa, this remarkable 3-bedroom townhome promises a taste of "Heaven on Earth." Immaculate and spacious, this home is adorned with unique decor, featuring a one-car garage, three generously sized bedrooms all equipped with smart TVs, a cozy study/den area, a stunning all-white kitchen, and a back patio that unveils a mesmerizing water view.
With ten-foot ceilings, rounded corners, tile flooring on the first floor, and a gleaming white kitchen, this home encompasses everything you desire and more. The master bedroom boasts a roomy walk-in closet, a private bathroom with his/her sinks, a lake view, and a plush king-sized bed. The two additional bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, ample closet and dresser space, and access to a full bathroom. For your convenience, a washer and dryer unit are situated on the second floor. The pristine white kitchen features an island and kitchen table for your dining pleasure. You can park your vehicle in the driveway or the private garage, providing direct access into the property. Additionally, a visitor lot is just a few steps away.
Please note that booking a stay at the townhome does not grant access to the Lagoon. Tickets for the Lagoon can be purchased at the Lagoon Gate entrance or online. Kindly be aware that the Lagoon tends to sell out quickly, including amenities such as cabanas. It is highly recommended to book and reserve your access accordingly.
