Welcome to one of the top luxury vacation rentals in South Florida. We have 24/7 guest service.

As you drive up to the home, you are welcome to a private half circle driveway. There is free parking for 2-3 cars within the driveway.

1st Floor: 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms + an office with 2 day bed mattresses.

2nd Floor: 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, pool table, big outdoor deck with views of the Lake.

Sauna and weight sets are in the garage.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you a "starter-pack" of toilet paper for you and your group.

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either..

Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage?
A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags in the home for check-in starting at 1pm. For check-outs, you may keep your bags in the space until 12 noon. If these storage times do not help, you may use Radical Storage to store your bags for your optimal time :)

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: What about parking?
A: We have two parking spots for you on the property :)

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

North Shore is a beautiful neighborhood filled with charming homes and a beautiful view of Lake Magnonia.

We recommend using a car to get around.

This home is in a very private and quiet street. We ask that all guests respect the peace and quiet that comes with this remarkable property.

If you are staying for more than 14 days, we require a light refresh clean during your stay. We'll communicate this upon booking.

The base price for this home is for 10 guests only. There will be an extra guest fee of $10 per guest per night if your group exceeds to 10 people.

$2500 smoking/party fee

Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am.
No Parking on the street. $200 fine.

One time pet fee of $300. Only dogs under 40lbs allowed. No shedding.

No guests are allowed in the home, unless permission is received from the host

-If items are left behind and guest wants it mailed back, guest will be charged a $25 trip fee along with the shipping cost

If our cleaners agree to early check-in / check out they charge us:
-Early check-Ins at 2pm $100
-Late Check-Outs at noon $100

If check-out guide is not followed, and excessive cleaning is needed to clean the home, you will be charged $60 / hour for excessive cleaning.

Minimum age to book is 30.

All guest names and ages must be registered before you are allowed to check in.

Located in West Palm Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Port of Palm Beach and PGA National are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Clematis Street and CityPlace.
