Entire home in West Palm Beach! This exquisite and sleek contemporary designed home is perfect for your get away! This hidden gem is newly renovated with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, located in a quiet and charming neighborhood of Lake Clarke Shores that easily sleeps 10. The massive outdoor entertainment area features a large screened-in heated pool, cocktail bar, BBQ grill, tiki, 100 feet of deck along the canal & a private miniature golf perfect for enjoying cocktails or just relaxing.

Our home, named Forest Hill Hideaway, features a one-story floor plan that is perfect for families or couples seeking for a place to relax and enjoy. Take a dip in our heated pool under a netted lanai (yes, no mosquitoes!) surrounded by birds of paradise or relax in the sun in our fully equipped decked backyard and enjoy the water views of West Palm canals. Fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a private backyard oasis. The home offers plenty of room for outdoor and indoor spaces, comfy enough to feel cozy, but spacious enough for private spaces to enjoy.

Inside
The multipurpose living room can be use as one large living room or two separate family/living rooms spacing depending on your family’s needs. The dining area has a full view of the patio so you can enjoy the outdoors while being indoors. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops includes all the basic necessities; pots &pans, appliances, dishes & silverware; everything you would need to have a nice family meal.

Forest Hill Hideaway sleeps up to 10 people:

- 1st Bedroom is our master suite. King bed, double doors, private en-suite full bath, sitting area and smart TV.
- 2nd Bedroom has front of house view. Queen bed, end table, and smart TV.
-3rd Bedroom is located in the rear of the home. Queen bed with French doors that opens up to the deck, tiki, and canal water views.
-4th Bedroom spaced with sitting areas, king bed and smart TV.
Bath #1: Full bath is accessible from both indoors and outdoors (pool, patio and bar)
Bath #2: Three quarters bath with full body massage jetted shower.
Bath #3: En-suite with large shower.

In addition: The sofa couch in the living room coverts to a queen size bed and an extra airbed mattress is available for additional sleeping accommodations ,if required. Pillows, sheets and blankets for the pullout couch are in the deck view room closets.

Outside (our pride and joy)!
The backyard features multiple spaces that can be enjoyed by everyone in your family! Our covered patio with fully netted lanai includes sitting area, TV with surround sound system, fans, dining area and heated pool. Relax under the patio without the harsh ray of the sun or have your meals outside rather than inside or take a swim during the day or night without having to worry about the pesty mosquitos!

Need a little quiet time away from the party? To the right of the lanai (outside), lay down and take a nap in your own private little patio surrounded by lush, tropical plants. Walk towards the canal and you will find yourself in another private space that can be enjoyed both during the day and night (be sure to see it at night)!

Want some fun in the sun? We got you covered! To the left of the home is your own private miniature golf course to play with the family. Or you can layout in the sun and enjoy our spacious deck, outdoor bar and BBQ grilling area. Did we mention Tiki hut? Enjoy the breeze or take a snooze and just sit and relax under the tiki hut and watch water the lilies float by. Maybe catch a fish or two.

Other things to note:

Parties & Events
At this time, Forest Hill Hideaway does not allow parties or events. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictates no loud music, noise or partying after 10 PM. Please bring noise inside after 10 PM.

While the neighbors are aware of our short term rental, Forest Hill Hideaway, they aren’t very tolerant of excessive noise or partying.

By booking Forest Hill Hideaway, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons, you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Parking
The circular driveway provides plenty of parking for up 6 cars in front of the home. Absolutely no parking along the streets.

Pool & Swimming
During the months of April to October, the pool heater is off. From the months of November to March the pool temperature is set at 85 degrees. There will be an additional fee of $50/day if you would like it to be set higher (up to 95 degrees).

Please let us know prior to your arrival if you'd like the temperature to be set higher than the standard temperature as it takes 24-48 hours for the pool to heat up depending on the current temperature outside.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Forest Hill Hideaway, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool related, sea wall, lake/canal accidents, drowning or bodily harm/personal injuries. Swimming is not permitted in the canal.

Guests must sign a rental agreement at check in.

Bugs & Critters.
Be mindful that Florida is considered a sub-tropical climate, warm and humid, which is why you are visiting right?!! As such, there are a variety of insects, birds, lizards, iguanas, snakes, and frogs that can call Forest Hill Hideaway home. Occasionally you will spot an insect, frog, or chameleon in or near the residence. This is normal for Florida. Our netted lanai helps with keeping the critters and mosquitoes out but sometimes they do find their way in.

Smoking & Drugs:
No smoking (cigarette or electronic) is permitted inside the Forest Hill Hideaway or in the lanai area. Smoking is permitted at the designated part of the deck area . Please be sure to use the provided ash receptacles. Due to fire and other environmental hazards, cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, canal, pool or ground.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time at Forest Hill Hideaway.

Early Check-in or Late Check-out rules:
Our check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. If early check-in or late check-out is requested by 2 hours or more than an extra fee of $50 (up to 4 hours only) will be added to your rental agreement and ONLY IF, OUR CLEANERS CAN ACCOMMODATE. We will try our best to accommodate guests, however it is not guaranteed.

Airport Access
Forest Hill Hideaway is 10 minutes from West Palm Beach airport (PBI), 45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International (FLL), and an hour from Miami International (MIA). if you're flying in we recommend PBI, because its small, fast and easy to navigate.

Car access
Forest Hill Hideaway is one street light from off of I-95. This quick freeway access makes it easy to travel north or south and get to your favorite sites, beaches, and destinations.

Located in West Palm Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. CityPlace and Clematis Street are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Worth Beach and Peanut Island. Traveling with kids? Make time for Rapids Water Park, or check out an event or a game at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre.
