This 4bed/3bath townhome features an open living area with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and security cameras that contain motion sensors. The unit is two stories, with the master bedroom and two large Jack and Jill style bedrooms upstairs and an office/bedroom downstairs. The sliding doors on the first floor lead to an enclosed patio with plenty of natural shade. It is also an end unit, providing additional privacy. The newer gated community has a resort-style pool, playground, additional visitor parking spots and is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, beaches, the Palm Beach International Airport, Rosemary Square, Downtown Clematis, the highways and more.

This unit has a lease term of 6 or 12 months. The first month's rent and a security deposit are due at signing. A maximum of 4 pets are allowed. No smoking, no exceptions. The owner pays for water, bi-weekly garbage, internet and recycling pickup, and one deep cleaning of the home each year. The tenant is responsible for electrical utilities and any additional services (, cable, etc.). *Tenant must comply with HOA application requirements. $200 per applicant for application fees ($200 for married couples) and one-time $50 for Gate Access Sticker per vehicle is covered by the tenant.
