Great location..Off I 95 exit 77 to East Northlake Blvd. This cozy ranch style home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and includes a private fenced in front and back patio with tropical plants and fruit trees. Driveway is right next to the entrance providing easy and convenient parking. There is plenty of things to do in the area a short walk or drive away! Shopping plazas are within walking distance (1-5 miles away). Home is located close to malls, Palm Beach Gardens downtown, West Palm Beach City Place, multiple BEACHES with free parking 7-15 minutes way.
The house is cozy and spacious, decorated in rustic sheik farm/beach house.
Open concept from kitchen to living room and exit to a private backyard with patio furniture. Bedroom number 1 includes a Queen size bed, dresser, plenty of clean sheets and towels with exit to a private front porch. This bedroom also includes walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with updated shower. Second bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, TV, sliding doors with window view to the private back porch. Both bedrooms include TVs ,roku sticks for your entertainment needs! The third bedroom includes a couch were perfect to sleep for 1 person and extended pull up bed with mattress and fresh lines , office desk and chair, and closet space. Functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances with a view to the living room with a large TV, comfortable couch, indoor swing chair , and private back patio with a garden. Back patio includes a table with 6 chairs , hammock and extra storage shed with beach chairs , umbrella . House have a central air conditioner, full size fancy washer and dryer, laundry room with shelves , hangers , iron with iron board .
Complimentary variety coffees teas , water bottle with breakfast items , snacks in refrigerator, pantry . House clean and have plenty extra good quality towels ,blankets , linens. In both bedrooms carpet I clean it and steam always in future about to change it on tile or other flooring , 65 inches smart TV s with Roku sticks , fully furnished and functional. in living room 82 inches TV ,open concept
with dinning and bar / breakfast area WI-FI is free , hight speed on a house . Please look at the pictures . Recently was updated doors with personal locks keys , walls paint refreshed , showers tile and fixtures in both bathroom nicely done .Additional house rules :
Please try not to run over or park on a grass , there sprinkler system might be damaged. Come inside white fence on a left to the door . It is key less numerick code to enter house will be change on new and provided on your check in day . Keep door and slidings doors lean closed.. lizards ,mosquitoes could crawl inside house. When you go out simply press Tack Lock bottom on a code lock. NOT ALLOWED party ,smoking ,viping drugs . Additional damage fees or extra cleaning fees for damage will uply . Your pet not allowed in bedrooms or leaving room on beds , comforters or couch and furniture .Please rinse the dishes before to place them in dishwasher . Please be sure your cloth ,towels out of sand before you place inside washer. I recently bought a brand new Samsung washing mashing . Not allowed to wash heavy stuff or with metal zippers or hooks cloth with out washing bags , close all zippers and metal hooks and place in washing bags . Dryer machine filter needs to be cleaned after every other use . Outside at backyard in a shed beach chairs , umbrella stuff for kids fun . You can use them during your stay and easy take them from dryway by open white fence gate on your right side behind pine tree and bring back the same way for not pull it though whole house . To bring trash out open gate on right side from driveway cans behind pine tree . You have to open white gate behind white fence on a right from driveway . Please do not place glass bottles , cans or cartoons paper in waist gray tall can . We are recycling here !
For longer stay please roll gray big trash can to the end of driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night. Please place plastic and grass in blue recycling can - cartoon in yellow can bring them out Sunday night since they pick it up so early in a morning on Mondays . Trash bing must be pulled back 2 behind fence on a right side . It cannot stay at driveway and be visible to public . We have here our county rules and regulations. Please turn off unused light and fans in bedrooms and bathrooms during day time and after 11pm. Check please if water and lights off and water not dripping in bathtub , sinks and shower ..
