The main dining room area opens to a sunny patio facing the pool. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, features an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds. This property also features an expansive, covered outdoor living space facing the pool.

This fully equipped vacation home (for self catering) is located in the sought-after South of Southern (SoSo) upscale neighborhood of West Palm Beach, near to the Intracoastal Waterway and South Flagler Drive. This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
