Outdoor Paradise
Set on a rare half-acre lot, the property features a heated saltwater pool with spa, new travertine pool deck, and a brand-new tiki hut built by local artisans. Under the tiki, you’ll find a solid wood bar, outdoor dining table, full outdoor kitchen with high-end grill and refrigerator, plus two ceiling fans for comfort. The tiki structure naturally stays cooler, offering shade and breezes all day. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the fully fenced backyard- perfect for pets, with a separate enclosed area for added convenience.
Stylish Interiors
Inside, the open living and dining area offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a 75" Smart TV, Italian Natuzzi leather sofas, a gray marble coffee table, mango wood buffet, and real artwork. The dining area features a coastal table for six under a chandelier. A large L-shaped desk with chair and lamp is perfect for remote work.

Please note that our homes are located in Florida’s tropical climate, where insects are a natural part of the environment. At any time of the year—and especially during the rainy season—you may encounter insects such as ants, spiders, palmetto bugs, or other common Florida pests both outdoors and, on occasion, indoors.
Our properties are professionally serviced on a regular schedule by Native Pest Control, one of the area’s leading pest control companies. However, due to Florida’s climate and frequent rainfall, no pest control company can guarantee a completely insect-free environment.
If you notice an unusual amount of insect activity during your stay, please let us know. The only available solution is to schedule an additional pest control treatment, and we will do our best to arrange this as quickly as possible. Please note that service availability may vary, especially on weekends and holidays.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept that occasional insect activity is a normal part of staying in Florida and is not considered a cleanliness issue or a defect of the property.
