The accommodation also features a large capacity washer and dryer with all necessary detergents, as well as an iron and board for clothing refreshment. Things to Note:

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 27 to be able to book the property.

- Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Evidence of pets will lead to a fine, and or additional cleaning fees.

- This property is not appropriate for small children, no efforts have been made to childproof the property. Only children 8 years and up are permitted. Infants are welcome, up to 9 months (we have a pool safety fence, however, we would prefer infants who are not crawling yet).
