Heated waterfront pool with bathrooms, BBQ and dock available for daily use. Newly renovated throughout with wood floors, modern kitchen and bathrooms. More upgrades being completed this month (impact windows, window treatments and glass shower door on order). Minutes to downtown West Palm Beach, trendy Northwood, restaurants and beaches. Views of Peanut Island, The Sailing Club with sailing regattas and Rybovich Mega Yacht Marina. (The home is fully furnished plus a fully stocked kitchen.
