The ground floor features a large, private sleeping space offering a king with an ensuite bath with a tub and a pull out sleeper sofa. French doors from this room lead directly to the pool area, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. A cozy sitting room with sleeper sofa on this level holds the stairs to the 2nd floor. On the middle floor, you’ll find the heart of the home, complete with a bright and spacious dining room, a comfortable family room with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. This level also includes a queen bedroom, a full bath with a tub, a laundry area, and access to an expansive screened porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening breeze. Upstairs, the top floor offers two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and and a full bed along with another full bath.
The private backyard is a true retreat, featuring a heated pool surrounded by lounging chairs, a dining table on the pool deck, and a second dining area on the middle-level deck. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day at the beach effortless. Convenient driveway parking for three cars is available, and the home’s location provides easy access to town for shopping, dining, and entertainment while remaining a peaceful and private escape.
This charming coastal retreat combines tranquility with proximity to Cape Cod’s vibrant attractions, making it the ideal setting for your next vacation.
