This 4 bed 2 bath home situated on a grassy area, with the pond just minutes away, is cozy and comfortable, full of private reading nooks and sitting alcoves, a wonderful vacation home! It abuts the National Seashore on nearly 3 acres of rolling hills, with a footpath leading to Ryder Pond. A 20 X 23 foot outdoor brick patio with a new dining table and comfortable chairs complement this lovely home! It's a fabulous gathering place for cookouts and socializing with friends.

Main level: Enter the living room from a front door or sliding doors off the patio. The sunny room has a vaulted ceiling and raised brick fireplace (not for use), a colorful stained glass window hangs above the sliding doors to the deck. The flooring is Portuguese tile. The dining area leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wall oven, cook top and microwave. Completing the main level are bedrooms 1 & 3 with a full bath. Hardwood floors throughout the bedroom areas with tile in the bath. A delightful stained glass window graces the bathroom.

Upper level: An open stairway leads to bedrooms 2 & 4 and full bath (with a reading nook in between, stocked with books!). There is also a den for reading, watching TV, or just relaxing. Wood flooring is in the bedrooms and tile in the bathroom.

The washer and dryer are in the basement area. This lovely home close to Ryder Pond has everything to offer the family: location, amenities, comfort.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Located in Wellfleet, this vacation home is in a rural area and by the sea. Commercial Street is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod National Seashore and Cape Cod Beaches. Jobi Pottery and Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill are also worth visiting. Snorkeling and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
