Warm and inviting the first level comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living space with bar/sink area easy entertaining, and dining area. Sliders to the deck from the dining and living make this the perfect space to enjoy your morning cup of Joe or to take in the sun. The primary bedroom is in the ground level and offers comfortable sleeping accommodations (queen bed) and full bath. The top floor has two guest rooms, one with three twins, one with a queen and a twin. The lower level entertainment area is great for those rainy days as there is additional living space, TV, and pull out sleeper sofa (full).

The home is conveniently located near Wellfleet ocean beaches, outdoor harbor dining at sunset just beyond. Flea market, mini-golf, tennis courts, movie theatre, Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theatre (W.H.A.T.) all within a ten minute drive. There is driveway parking for 2 cars. Dogs welcome for an additional fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
